Oh no! That really sucks! Well, I'll just have to see how it goes. I'll keep checking the website, etc, throughout up until the day I leave and just see how it goes from there! Thank you for all your help, advice and tips :) Glad you managed a ticket! I was 372 in line and managed to grab three for...

CheekyNandos wrote:From what I read you need to ring NYTW to return but I may be wrong. I don't think you can just tout them because you need ID to pick them up two hours before the performance.
And they tend to be very vigilant about this.

How'd she like the event last night? I was slightly disappointed that 90% was about Bond. Which is great but not his entire career.

Cool! Just one more question. I'm guessing Lazarus was pretty nuts because of the circumstances but what time would you arrive? They say cancellation lines are two hours before the performance but would you arrive three hours before or more or? So he arrived three hours early and didn't get a ticke...

Yeah! I read about that with Lazarus. Apparently they got quite a lot of returns so queuing up on a weekday was pretty efficient. I'll also enter the ticket lottery while I'm there. If you ring the box office on the day will they give you an idea on whether it's worth queuing up or not? I'm not sur...

Well Tuesday sold out so that's my dream of going over with. On the flip though New York and seeing my friend is gonna be amazing ^_^. Hopefully you'll get a return ticket! My friend was lucky with Lazarus (the David Bowie show) and got a ticket during the final week (after Bowie had died) so even ...

I passed the tip on about the general seating. Thanks for that. We were under the assumption it would be further back because it wasn't a "presale ticket" She is over the moon. Two weeks now! It'll be a good one. I'll be there. Usually there is more than one talk I end up attending but no...

Yep. She has her tix. Taunted me with a pic of them the other week. The day after I got my Roger Moore ones. I wish we could swap but rog is still good for the bond fan I am! The ones above are better because MasterCard. She has general admission. It's all first come first served but mc Bookers get...

The dates for the first show of the New York Theatre Workshop season are September 7th to October 16th. Looks like Othello won't be until at least late October but November is most likely!

That site isn't always the most accurate.

I'm guessing it'll be around the same time that Lazarus was playing there last year. Mid Nov to late December (then it extended to Jan. 20th).

A sucker is born every minute, and I am one such sucker. I get one ticket to 6 plays with the ability to purchase 2, I think, discounted tickets with each performance. So I'll see him just one time if things work out schedule-wise next fall. I really cannot plan that far in advance, so who knows if...

I'm still only at 3 times and with awards season ramping up, may stay that way for a bit. I have the ultimate ticket though so will hopefully use it soon. :/
