It certainly will be interesting to see who takes on the mantle when DC finally decides it's time to hang up his Walther PPK.
Still, deep in my heart, I somehow hope it'll be one of the now touted wusses, so that those pathetic anti-Daniel bunch of skeptics could finally see how excellent Daniel has been in the role.Sylvia's girl wrote:I agree....Alina wrote:He's NO Bond, no matter what they say on breakfast TV.Sylvia's girl wrote: There was talk of him being a good Bond replacement on breakfast TV the other day. Yeah I know what you mean. I know this sounds mean but I wouldn't want whoever it is to be too successful either.Alina wrote:Still, deep in my heart, I somehow hope it'll be one of the now touted wusses, so that those pathetic anti-Daniel bunch of skeptics could finally see how excellent Daniel has been in the role.Sylvia's girl wrote:I agree....Alina wrote: He's NO Bond, no matter what they say on breakfast TV.

Found this on Google News. Though it's completely fiction, it is pretty funny.

Yup, admit to being guilty of the same. He doesn't have to drown the franchise, but I don't want him to be beter received then Daniel. But in all reality - its mostly "The King is dead, long live the King".
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Mikkelsen lied in Bond audition

The Hannibal star, 49, also told how much fun he had shooting the scene in which he tortures the agent.
"It was a beautiful day for me, and there was probably a little suffering for him. We shot that for 10 or 11 hours, so it was very exhausting for him to go into this panic mode every single time, but it was enjoyable," he said.
Oh to have been on set that day.....
