(I just looked that term up in the dictionary and was really amazed that it shows up. I thought it was german thing to boost the automobile industry

Dame Judi Dench hits back at theatre critic
One of England's most respected actresses Dame Judi Dench has come out fighting after recently receiving a less than favourable review from theatre critic Charles Spencer.
Judi, who is currently starring as Madame de Montreuil in a West End production of Madame De Sade, was described as "sour and cross" by the Telegraph reviewer who went on to label the play itself "deeply dodgy" and "fit only for pretentious masochists."
In response the 74-year-old actress responded with a strongly worded letter that read: "I've always rather admired you but now I realise you're an absolute s**t." And making reference to a stage accident which made Judi miss a few performances, she added: "I'm only sorry I didn't get a chance to kick you when I fell over – maybe next time…"
Far from being upset by the communication, Charles Spencer has said Judi's reaction has only made him admire her more. "We critics are constantly dishing it out and we ought to be able to take it too," he said

Brand tops ‘Worst Celeb Hairdos’ poll
Jonathan Ross
came second in the poll, conducted by hair specialists Optima. Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen landed the third spot while Cristiano Ronaldo stood fourth.
Donald Trump rounded off the top five, reports the Sun.
Meanwhile, BBC business editor Robert Peston was voted the man with the best barnet.
Optima said men want Peston’s ‘conservative’ cut to look clever.
Daniel Craig came second while George Clooney stood third in the best hairdos poll.
Brad Pitt landed the fourth spot and David Beckham rounded off the top five.

I adore Judi, she totally rocks, but I saw the play in question a couple of weeks ago and it was rubbish from start to finish.
So for the first time in my life I agree with a theatre critic. Nobody's fault, the performers were flawless, especially Rosamund Pike, but the script is dire.

We had considered to see Madame de Sade at our last visit to London but it was completely sold out. Now it seems as if we haven't missed that much, have we??

Very lucky, I'd say. If anyone is coming to London in the next few weeks I would recommend going to see War Horse if you can get tickets. Or the musical of Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Both are superb. My Mother is here from Australia and we saw them in the same week. War Horse is moving and brilliant but emotionally tiring (world war one drama - I cried!) whereas Priscilla is the best laugh you'll have. Make sure you get one of the glow in the dark cocktail glasses......
