I found another German mag with two sites about QoS, nothing new but a nice read (could scan it later when I'm back home)

The mag is called TV Guide (No. 12, 30.5.08)

Somehow I can´t believe him doing it either - he´d rather throw some dark looks around, I feel.

Mmmh, but you can't reach 300 people with a dark look.....one loud scream is much more effective
