I would imagine, that some of that rope stuff was actual filming for the final product, because he is in the suit and all. Remember rehearsing started the day, when he was at Jon Ross. I feel Cairo and Bond/M scene will be in the final film, too.
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Yup, I agree with GG - it looks like part of it was from the real deal. They were talking about being three weeks into it, so the bit was done sometime late January...

I found this on another site. It's interesting in how they chose the poster, if this is correct:

"You may have heard that the latest movie will pick up right where Casino Royale ended and the new poster verifies that. If you compare the poster below to the image on the left, which is from the very end of the previous film, you'll see they match."
