Critics attending tonight's Skyfall screening have been specifically asked not to report "the climax of the film" in reviews. Unusual step.

Contains moderate action violence and one use of strong language

Look's like the F bomb will be dropped in this movie according to this source as well as others I've seen. Interesting, I wonder who will be the one to say it. M? Bond? This would be the first time a Bond movie does this.
I am not sure, its gonna be the f*** word, rather M's bloody this and that and some of that.
I have read somewhere that the F bomb when used just once in a movie won't hurt its PG13 rating.

Interesting about the embargo on reviews...
With Daniel being so confident about this movie, the expectations will be quite high ; hope everything goes ok - *fingerscrossed*

Skyfall is a solid Bond. Mendes has a good handle on the character, Craig and Dench exemplary, Bardem on another planet. Bit too long mind.

Jo Berry ‏@movies4kids

Most entertaining Craig outing so far. And loving Judi Dench right now...

Kelly Race ‏@KellyisaBlade

People at the #Skyfall premiere saying it's best film of the year, better than TDKR! I may have done a small wee of excitement.

etc etc I think our minds can rest in peace about this one.

Me too. this from the head film critic from the Times..

11m Kate Muir ‏@muirkate
I just gave SKYFALL five stars in The Times. A return to classic form and a great British bulldog of a movie. Plus the Aston Martin DB5...

A lot of tweets stating this is Daniel's best and some saying best Bond film ever!

5 stars from The Mirror..

James Bond film ever: Prepare to be shaken, stirred .... and amazed Enthralling, explosive and often very funny, Skyfall doesn't just exceed expectations but shatters them

The man with the golden hair - aka Daniel Craig - returns for what might just be the best James Bond film ever.

Enthralling, explosive and often very funny, Skyfall doesn't just exceed expectations but shatters them like a bullet to the head.

Unfortunately, the very best thing about the 23rd 007 film has to remain top secret, in case it spoils the experience.

Let's just say that what starts as an action movie becomes a weepie in its final ten minutes.

After a cracking opening scene in Istanbul inwhich Bond is shot and left for dead, we travel to London where MI6 boss M (Judi Dench) is in hot water after a hard-drive containing her field operatives identities goes missing.

It's only with the reappearance of 007 that she learns the thief is a former agent, played by Javier Bardem, who plans to use the knowledge to bring down his former boss.

While Skyfall looks and feels like a Bond film - the exotic locales, the memorable villain and an appearance from that iconic silver Aston Martin - director Sam Mendes hasn't been afraid to play with the formula

The themes of cyber terrorism, including a bomb attack on a rush-hour London Tube train, bring the franchise bang up to date.

There's also, for the first time, a look at Bond's back story that reveals the suave Englishman was actually raised in Scotland.

And, believe it or not, there's even some playful flirting between him and Bardem's openly-gay villain.

The gadget-loving Q also returns after a 10-year absence, this time played by Ben Whishaw, and gets the biggest laugh of the film when, after supplying Bond with a revolver, remarks, "Were you expecting an exploding pen? We don't really go for that anymore."

Craig is as reliable as ever, portraying a spy as icy as his cobalt-blue eyes while Bardem's character rivals the likes of Blofeld and Jaws as 007's most transfixing bad guy.

Prepare to be shaken, stirred .... and amazed.

Crazy good word coming from the Skyfall premiere.

Just back from #SKYFALL - its a stunner. That's all I'm saying

Excellent script, great cast, Craig nails the character ... and loads of surprises. I definitely want to see it again. #Skyfall

Review was top notch by the way. He said DC was immense.

..., which is why I suspect Skyfall will be a stratospheric hit.

When I asked how many stars he would give Skyfall out of five he said: 'That's not the right number.'

He waited a beat and declared: 'It's a 10 star Bond film. It's up there with the best of them.'

Mendes has done a marvelous job and Craig is uperb -- looking super cool in a Tom Ford suit-- as a Bond who's still looking suave after 50 years giving pleasure to all.
