Thurs, October 1 - Getting my feet wet in the city - I will be watching Hamlet with Cicero at 7:00 p.m. 8), meeting up with whoever is also arriving, if possible while the night is still young.

Fri, October 2 - the evening is free....not sure about the day yet....Cicero and Cyanaurora and I (as well as anyone else perhaps) have yet to figure that out.

Sat, October 3 - have a date with a few ladies at the Schoenfeld Theatre,
then afterwards....goodness only knows - obviously a little chaos and definitely a little hen party.

Sun, October 4 - the last chance to do our thing in the big apple before heading home.

Oh - and sometime along the way, try to manage to eat some great food, have a few laughs and get some sleep.....lord help us all.

I too am huge Tony fan and Les Halles has a great reputation, but lunch on Friday is out for Lu and me since I'm retrieving her at about 2 ish on Friday. And it's kinda far south for an 'in between shows' meal.
Crazy!

I like stage-dooring. I think it's fun, and autographs and photos gives you a nice way to remember the event beyond memories of the show. I'm not a "Oooh, sign this, so I can sell it on Ebay" type person. I keep a scrapbook/box of all my Playbills and photos. That being said, I don't think I've ever had a worse stage door experience than at "A Steady Rain". Hugh Jackman and Daniel Craig were delightful. The crowd? Not so much. Pushing and shoving and being stepped on. Every time the door opened you got shoved around. The one cop that was there wasn't enough. I left. No signature is worth getting beat up for. If you want to stage door for this, bring some padding and a bat.

But then, when I was in London at the premier - it was like 6 hours of being squeezed from all sides like crazy while waiting - so this probably isn´t so bad after all - and shorter

But NOBODY (aside from the hundreds of yelling fans) is there to go with me on the 1st. :(

Trying to figure out a timeline as we made it up so far. I understood:

01. october

02. october

Meeting up at http://www.juniorscheesecake.com/our_restaurants/
Cheesecake Restaurant West 45th St. between
Broadway and 8th Ave.

between 5 pm and 5:30 pm for an early dinner or whatever.
So far the following people showed an interest:

Sophie
Karen
Lu
Elaine
GG
Cicero
Sharmaine and Cy with a big ??

Cicero and GG then go for their eve show.

Meeting up with Sharmaine, Cy and ? AFTER the show at the Schoenfeld for some nightlife.

3 october

Matinee show for several people
Elaine
Lu
Sharmaine
Cy
GG
Cicero

Definite Meeting up of all at http://www.juniorscheesecake.com/our_restaurants/ after the Matinee, which will be around 4 pm

Elaine
Sophie
Cy
Sharmaine
Karen
Lu
FSG
GG

Evening show for Karen, Sophie and GG

Afterwards meeting up for some night life?

4 October

Sightseeing and leaving

That´s the fixed schedule as far as I see it.

So - have a save trip everybody, good weather, lots of fun and of course, lots of Daniel!!!

oh... I can't be there for lunch at Les Halles, I'll be visiting the Statue of Liberty+ Elllis Island +Greenwich Village+ walking on the boardwalk under the Brooklyn Bridge :D ( if I have time to do all this on Friday)

Still OK for meeting up at 5-5:30pm

AND I'm gonna see the evening show on the 3rd, not the matinee...
