Really, wow that is really sad. I wonder how and where he was exposed to it. He died rather quickly if I remember correctly but maybe not. He didn't look real good when he made that movie of the Ibsen play. Out of shape. I really loved that man, flaws and all. Quite a presence and a very troubled spirit. K
Damn. No future with Daniel Craig.

Unfortunately still in Italy this type of cancer, associated with the asbestos exposure,it's quite common,as Luna said due to asbestos coating that were wildly used in southern europe during the 60's and 70's.sasha wrote:I am sorry to hear that, its a awful way to go.calypso wrote:i knew two men who died from this, they were roofers and installing insulationsasha wrote: "he believed his illness was a direct result of massive exposure while removing asbestos lagging from pipes aboard a troop ship during his time in the Marines" - its from Wikipedia.

"# Craig recommended Eva Green for the role of Ella after working with her in “Casino Royale” (2006). However, Eva turned the role down and Olivia Wilde was cast."
Bad decision Eva, I know she likes to play dark caracters but from once in a while, you´d have to experience and take on challenges.
Thanks Sylvia.

Bad, bad move Eva... oh to think we could have had a reunion of JB ( albeit a skinnier one) and Vesper again....bubita_11 wrote:"# Craig recommended Eva Green for the role of Ella after working with her in “Casino Royale” (2006). However, Eva turned the role down and Olivia Wilde was cast."

Wish Eva would play more mainstream movies!
