I don't think, he HAS to go there. He probably selects them together with his agent and/or Favreau and the production company. Knowing he will be uncomfy with Letterman, would make it dump to send him there IMO.
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Kimmel is very good place to start with. I felt that David Letterman insulted DC on the CR interview, do you think DC will be required to do another one with him?
I think DC is now in a different place altogether with his Bond being popular and his sure hit movies coming out. Such confidence boosters .... so I think he will be fine with DL now. but I hope he doesn't do DL ever and give him the finger instead
Hopefully with both hands.

Hope so, DL was so rude, disrespectful and provoking in the worst possible way. I was amazed how much self-control DC had, just not to pull Mike Tyson's stunt on DL.

How did you all find out that DC was going to be on Jimmy Kimmel?! I've been checking my TiVo every day and it's not finding any new appearances!! I still keep checking daily though!

I hope he doesn't go on Letterman.

Me too. I remember clearly watching Letterman's show that night, and thought that Letterman was an incredibly rude SOB. I've watched him kiss the behinds of the most untalented jerks on his show. Greg Ferguson is also a total jerk. He has done concerts where he called DC's bond gay etc. etc. I think they are just jealous of any actor playing Bond, and DC is the current target. One thing though I have to admit: Ferguson has a Bond skit on Youtube he did on his show around the time CR came out that is drop dead funny - and not insulting to DC. I guess I am just very sensitive to anyone in the press or on TV that I think does not treat DC with the respect he has earned.

C&A UK premiere on Aug 12 at thr O2 arena

The star studded movie extravaganza which runs from 12th-14th August at the 02 will open with the eagerly awaited UK premiere of Paramount Pictures’ Cowboys And Aliens with the cast of the film in attendance. The film, which is directed by Jon Favreau, (Iron Man, Iron Man 2) stars Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford and is tipped to be one of the hottest films of the year. As well as the star studded premiere, there will be special screenings on Friday, Saturday and Sunday – audiences will truly be able to see it first and exclusively at BIG SCREEN.

Daniel Craig and David Tennant will be two of the stars on the red carpet when The O2 plays host to a huge film festival in August.
James Bond star Craig's latest film Cowboys and Aliens will get its UK premiere at the Empire Presents Big Screen event on August 12. Tennant's new flick, Fright Night, follows suit on August 14.
