Daniel signed and designed a card for a fundraiser auction for the Childrens Wish Foundation. It is auctioned off on eBay until October 6 and all the money raised will be going to the Childrens Wish foundation. I think it's a type of bromeliad. Not quite sure. I just thought it was pretty. I'm considering it temporary...still not sure what I want my avi to be. This works for now!

It's sweet ginger isn't it? From Hawaii, you sweep the flower between your hands and it gives off a beautiful ginger scent!

It could be just that. I don't recall anymore. When I got married a few years ago, I downloaded a bunch of floral pictures to get ideas for the floral arrangements, and I think this was one of those pictures. It was also one of those flowers that didn't make the budget cut!
