He's no troll. He's a London councillor. The trouble is there are so many rumours floating about that no-one knows what to believe.

I guess I was doubting the tweet based on my lack of knowledge of who was eligible to carry the torch

I thought only sports people were allowed to do it.

NBC fails imo as this is the only event I was looking forward to.
