Isn't he playing a real character, so I guess he just has to do it.
He looks really sick, though.
Yes he is, he's so thin right now and the mustache is all I notice on him.
I think Mcauhaney is always chasing the big role and it's jsut not thagt good of an actor. He works better with comedy.
I had to look the movie up (I'm not a big MC fan), looks pretty interesting with Sorcese at the helm.
And this Jean Dujardin surely has Hollywood's attention now

Happy that someone else is talking about this besides us

Wish Daniel had said something about his role.
Funny that no one asked him about it during the promos. Maybe they were instructed not to and keep the focus on Bond alone?

The IMDB page says the release date in UK is 26th Dec, 2014!! :dunno:
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2177771/

I hope it is wrong.... I am hoping for a late 2013 release.

Grant Heslov is listed as a screenplay writer along with GC and one other.
He collaborated with GC for Ides of March too. I like that movie. Very clean, easy to follow plot.

I think, they got the year wrong,. Its IMDB and tey are lazy at times. Its easily possible, that December 13 is the right date. They certainly want it in time for Oscar race.

There is something nagging at me about something I saw about GC and a project he is doing, so I am not sure this one is 1st on the list.
I could be wrong, It is either something I read or saw about GC.

The deadline article where we first heard about the project said filming will start on 1st March in Europe.

I think, if deadline cove3rs it, its correct. Sure Clooey has lots of projects always going on, but I believe, this is going to happen.

If the film does come out in De 2014, that would mean the next time we do get to see Daniel on the big screen will likely be in another Bond movie coming probably a month before this Clooney flick opens. Lets hope Daniel can squeeze in some films in between. He must be flooded with offers after the success of SF

I still say, its gonna be December 2013. Its not realistic for a pic of normal size to need almost 1 1/2 year to get into the theaters.

I just wish they would name the cast, it is driving me crazy.
I would bet money on Clooney playing Stout, they look so much a like.
I keep going back to Daniel for Balfour's part. He is a main character in the book. They are listing Daniel as a lead, I was looking at Bob Balaban but he is so much older.
definetly Jean Dujardin for Jaujard.
Possibly Hugh Bonneville as Walker Hancock.
Bill Murry or John Goodman as James Rorimer and Linclon Kristein.
