I thought I would mention that Lea Seydoux is on the cover of Elle Magazine this month. She is also interviewed. I would love to know if she talks about Daniel but the magazine is in a plastic wrapper (due to a cosmetic give away) so I would have to buy first.... and women's magazines are not my preferred expenditure... I would bet she is asked about him, but surely her responses would be predictable. Every writer/publication seems to try to slip Daniel in whenever they can. Maybe we'll find out.

He has seriousoly vanished again Lets hope, somethig surfaces in August.

Lainey, who has good sources in Hollywood, confirms that Hiddleston has been courted as 007:

"...one piece of Bond speculation I have gotten confirmed is that Tom Hiddleston as James Bond isn’t a pipe dream—there have been talks. ...

The biggest hurdle is obviously Daniel Craig and whether or not he wants to do one more Bond film. It’s my understanding that EON, the production company behind Bond, would like to do at least one more movie with Craig, and send him off with a better finale than Spectre. But Craig is booked for the foreseeable future..."

Hm, I could imagine they talked with Hiddle, but at this point, I cannot, even slightly, imagine, Daniel doesn't know, what he wants. I am sure, he/they know, what's in the pipeline and choose to not announce it yet.
