What's the latest on the studio deal?
Daniel, as far as we know is only booked up into next year.
Logan Lucky will be in the bag my beginning of Oct. Then he's got Othello until January and Purity starts shooting sometime next year. He's free come 2018.

Whatever happened to that LA film with Halle? Maybethey considered the backlash and he left the project, which he was reported as "In talks" after being in before, anyway. I hope.
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

I should think they could still court Hiddleston, as per Lainey, for the future. Even if Craig isn't done. Look at Brosnan. Poor guy had no idea that they were thinking 1-2 films ahead of him.

There doesn't seem to be any further news on it. Maybe, like you said, it's been put on the back burner for a while.

GG... Ever the optimist here! After all the appearances of the last few weeks, I think he's now script reading Bond25. I expect an announcement in the next few weeks. Filming starting later this year.

Like I said, why fly over just to present a minor award? I know it's Barbara's charity but he must have had other, more important reasons to come over too. 😉

He can only stay here for 90 days a year for UK tax reasons - so every day is valued.

Fingers crossed!

Did anyone see this?

We need to KNOW if he's made his mind up yet. After what has been happening in London this afternoon, we need some GOOD news.... and ONLY Daniel's Bond can give us hope against these anarchists...

OMG, Sorry girls, I didn't mean to cause alarm.
Don't worry, I'm fine but very busy with family/ personal stuff at the moment, it doesn't leave me much time to devote to the forum just for the time being.
Thanks for your concern. xx
