One thing is for sure, Bond will not be the same without Daniel. He is the best to play 007 since Connery IMO

Nothing really new to add, but Iben Hjejle does have some nice things to say about DC.

Jamie Bell would make a great James Bond, says his Defiance co-star Iben Hjejle
http://www.digitalspy.com/movies/james- ... en-hjejle/

The Danish actress appeared alongside Craig and Bell in the 2008 movie Defiance, and told Digital Spy that she thinks the Fantastic Four actor is a "wonderful" choice to play agent 007.

"I could easily see Jamie as the next James Bond," Hjejle said. "That's wonderful - he might be able to get some tricks out of Daniel!"

She added: "The two of them were really lovely people - just absolutely lovely to be around and easy-going."

Yeah lol. Its just bookers speculation. But I hope they end it soon.
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

A friend told me that by the looks of him, one would never think he'd be a good Bond. But she's watched The Night Manager and thinks he'd be GREAT! I have no idea since I haven't watched the show.

I did see the movie 'You Before Me' yesterday. I liked it. Glad I didn't know the ending going in. That male star. sam C...?, who has been mentioned as Bond is way too pretty, iMO. Very handsome, bit more model looking. However, it's unlikely BB will be looking for a DC clone. There aren't any, and everyone would be disappointed with a second-rate copy.

The Night Manager was excellent. He put in a Good performance, both charming, and ruthless when needed

Alan Yentob, the BBC's former creative director, chaired a panel event this weekend. At the event it was revealed that Broccoli has yet to make her mind up over Bond casting. Seemingly Turner's schedule on Poldark will be accommodated if he gets the role.

In my eyes Turner is reay unattractive - faclike. This nose for example pretty much kills the looks. The body is ok.

Totally agree! A huge fuss was made over him when Poldark started. I'm not a fan of Poldark ( I remember the original series! ), but took a look to see what all the fuss was about and he left me completely underwhelmed. Unattractive in almost every department for me. :?

Well she has to keep her options open...i think she was looking for people too after Quantum? I thought I read that somewhere. It could have just been a very brief conversation. :?:
