I wonder how it happened, did he slip on the wet cobblestone? Oh dear, he must have felt awful. Hope that poor guy will be okay...

As I understand it, it must have happened some time ago, because they say,
its set to begin working on this next project "Flashbacks.."
So probably some news, that are not that new any more.
But either way, it must really have been awfull for both men.. :(

Another titbid:

Rosamund Pike Wishes She Was Daniel Craig's Bond Girl
Former Bond girl Rosamund Pike wishes she was in the latest installment of the spy franchise because she has a crush on Daniel Craig. The actress starred in 2002s Die Another Day alongside Pierce Brosnan - but she only has kind words for his successor Craig, who starred in last year's movie Casino Royale.
She says, "Daniel looks good running, swimming, drinking, driving, playing cards - all elements of a fabulous Bond."
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Hello! Yes, it was me. I didn't see DC when I was there though. I think they were filming little ad-ons and re-doing several scenes.

I didn't hear anything about the mishap either; according to one of the crew, the day that I was there was the last day of shooting; they were packing all of the equipment up so I doubt they would've gone back recently.

Oxford is old and quite cobbly, and it does rain a lot, so this story could have some truth in it! But I doubt it was all DC's fault. I mean, how could somebody 'fall out' of a vehicle?

LOL Footchina...the closest I get while in WA is DC being in LA....big distance....yet way closer than across the pond.

I guess it was kind of like a golf caddy with open sides, so you can probably fall off easily. I wouldn't talk about fault here though, I mean it's not like Daniel was drunk or anything (or so I hope  ). If you've ever tried to run on cobblestone, you know that it's not easy, especially when it's wet. You can easily lose your balance on such an uneven ground. Shit happens.

A little off topic but sort of interesting:

Yes, that's what I saw after talking to the crew. I was there on the Wednedsay, and the square was where they were packing up the equipment. It's around a beautiful church and leads to New College, where apparently they wanted lights to shine through to create an atmosphere.

Oxford is very old as well, so the cobbles are quite uneven. It's a nightmare for high heels, I'm telling you. 8)

You will have to practice a little bit with your high heels before your interviews next year. You have to minimize the risk of a run in your tights, a broken leg or other collateral damage

Hee hee. Yes, normally I'm just adept in my heels but if I'm nervous as well... well, I hope there will be a lovely young man to support me!

Hey everyone,

Unlucky for that fella! That had to hurt!

'The poor guy was in agony and Daniel immediately went to help him, he could see he was very hurt indeed. He was scraped up quickly and an ambulance was called'.

Hmmmmmmm this sounds somewhat familiar to me!
