Look on the right side of the page where it says "Enter the code below to download ", enter the code then click download.

I had to disable my DAP to download the file
it is working now , but it'll take about 2 hours to end it

It took me about 2 hours to upload it. I would have posted a torrent, but wasn't sure if most would be familiar with how to use a bittorrent program.
