I think she is wearing light makeup, but as their not on duty, and she's not a WAG it's quite nice to see them just being part of the crowd, and not segregated in a private box.

a 'WAG' is a 'wife and girlfriend' of a football player here in the UK

W.A.G. means Wives And Girlfriends.
Term for wives and g/f's of football players who spend money all time and shop.
Victoria Beckham is main one.
