This sling is immobilizing his forearm and elbow. My guess is that he's injured these parts or perhaps dislocated his shoulder.....if he punched anybody - his hand would have been bloodied and bandaged and immobilized as well. The way the sling wraps around his body - I would think that he has had a shoulder dislocation.

They both don't look very happy here. Very curious - perhaps a brawl in defence of his girlfriend?

He has a tshirt on, so he has freedom of movement.

Cy: You're right.....if his shoulder was dislocated....there's no way he would be able to remove his t-shirt - good deduction.....so then, this would leave his forearm or elbow. Thank you Nurse Cy.

Your welcome.I have had a dislocated shoulder and surgery to repair it. It was a long time before I could wear a t shirt.
