The haircut definitely comes from a sick mind  but yrs, maybe some medication like cortison. Bit look at the January pics. He looks normal. That would be quite a high dose. Ivreally dont know. I just hope, the next pics will see him looking nore normal again.
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

I agree, unconditional love for Daniel. I think he is beautiful always, even at 50. For me, it's all in the eyes and voice.

Why can't we appreciate and accept people as they age and see the beauty in that? I understand he is "Bond" but he is also just a man.

Hello. Nice to meet you. :D Yes, you are right in what you say and I agree. Bit look at pics from January or from those with his father. Daniel at 50 and beautiful. This is something different. Something is off. Medication, botox, something changed his face. I very much hope, it will disappear. Bothing to do with bot loving him as he gets older. And yes, I am totally pissed about this hair cut. Thankfully his hair grows fast.

If he did get any botox/plastic it was soon after "they" rated him the ugliest Bond. What does that do to a persons confidence?

And not true; in my opinion he is the best looking and best actor of the Bond's.

Poor guy got caned when he was announced for the role before Casino Royale and has been constantly attacked since.

Honestly, I think it was the lighting on the stage (Baftas) and the expression he was making that made him look different. The latest pics don't look like he had any work done.

Hold Up!

Let me lay it down...
Just to clear the air.

Sometimes it seems like everyone has something to say about the bodies of other people or the way others present themselves in public.
I bet if you asked your friends and family about this, almost everyone would have some story of a time something was said about their own bodies, and how it made them feel. Whether it happened two or 20 years ago, the impact still and can sting at times. It's a phenomenon that spans gender, body size, race, and sexuality (although people who are marginalized are likely to experience it far more). So many people feel like it's OK to have an opinion on the body of another person, and often feel like they're entitled to share that opinion with anyone (let alone the person who has to keep living life in that body). Giving humans unwanted, unsolicited comments on their bods, however, is cruel, SELFISH and can have lasting and detrimental effects. The worst thing about saying sh*t about other people's bodies it is that it's so easy to prevent. Just keep your mouth shut, unless it's something that's unequivocally complimentary.
Like for example -

1. "You're pretty, but..."

This has many iterations and they're all awful: "You're pretty for a black girl," "You'd be prettier without that piercing in the middle of your face," "You have such a pretty face, you just have to..." or, "You'd look so much better if you just gained/lost a few pounds." Can you just tell someone they're pretty or look beautiful and leave it at that?Even with your comments, " I love him but " BUT What? Why can't you leave it at the positivity level. You have to go point out what's wrong with him in your eyes - and I don't want to hear it.
And you know why I don't want To? Because I'm tired of it. People are always pointing out things that are bad or wrong and when you do that, especially to someone you ' love ' , well, you don't love them then nor do you deserve to. Uncondontionally love knows no boundaries and is an act of selflessness. When you love someone, you protect them and It's sad that I am doing that for Daniel ( and all others ) Because of your comments. Especially when trying to educate you I am making myself look bad by doing it in such a harsh way. Yes, we all know that bond is supposed to be " Perfect " though looks aren't all that and suggesting that someone is less of a man or less attractive, talented or able because they don't look how you prefer them or want them to is disgusting..

Also, if you think someone needs to change their body or face so that you find it more attractive, then you probably don't deserve to enjoy whatever things they bring to the world, see them happy, or naked.

You accept him for all that he has been, is and will be or in the words of Daniel himself " F*ck Off. "

Looks like a 50 year old dude to me, nothing more, nothing less. I see no issue in the way he looks - that's just age and we all have to make our peace with it. Maybe it is lighting or w/e that makes him look better one day to the other. Either way, he looks fine in both images to me... Because he's just a bloke and he's 50 years of age.

He's not doing anything at the moment that's pressing like filming, though that's a whole other kettle of fish that "everyone must look good in front of the camera", so let him do what he likes. I don't think it's anything to do with botox, or illness, or anything sinister. It's the ol' red wine bottle and the rich, expensive food. Good for him, TBH! There is no pressing need to look good right now. He's his own person and can do what he wants and he doesn't give a flying crap what anyone thinks.

Hi Cheeky, good to see you back. But both of you dont seem to get, what I mean. I have looked at this face for the past 11 years and beliebe, to know a bit or two about it. What I seevsince the Baftas is not aging but something weird going on. He looked normal and good just a short time before. So, one has to ask, what happened. No amount of red wine can change a fce so drastically in such a short time imo. He looks bloated and not like himself. Sure, the recent haircut doesnt help either. Its more worry then critic and I certainly dont want to see him slaughtered again, if he looks like thst in the next Bond. So, therefore I hope, if he does it, that he will be back to his normal, 50 year old look. Thats all

It is exactly what I was thinking!

The fact is that Daniel is a public person. Everyone looks carefully when photos or videos are published by this person. Especially in the current case (NSA Museum) he could have avoided making a "public" appearance in this bad state. If I'm not feeling well or feeling sick, then I'll cancel such appointments! The Baftas he should have canceled better. He also looked "sick". Without these performances, there would be no such discussion, or articles in the press of his Bafta appearance. In the end, he decided to go for these performances and he does not have to be surprised that the press and fans start a shitstorm!

Ultimately, I can only judge the whole thing from my point of view. If I were in Daniel's place, I would have renounced these performances.

Daniel makes the mistake of not seeing anything from him for weeks or months. And suddenly he appears in public in such a worrying condition!

And another one! His age has nothing to do with it!
