The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Just watched a bit of Genghis Cohn. Don't remember seeing it before. There are some very well-known faces in it! It seems to be a rather bizarre black comedy. Glimpsed DC in part 3 and very lovely he is in his uniform. Is this available on DVD, does anyone know? I couldn't find part 1 on You Tube so can't watch the whole thing.
Also can't seem to find a thread about it on here?

Ooh, thank you.
:D
It felt like a TV programme rather than a movie so I was looking in the wrong section.
Google reveals that the DVD is available as an all-region disc in the US, but I guess the postage would be steep for that. Will keep looking, I like Robert Lindsay and Diana Rigg. I saw Antony Sher in the theatre once, years ago, and he was very good.

Ah! There's part one. I couldn't get it earlier. Have been watching a bit more on the PC so I could search through to Daniel's bits. He is really handsome in it, good job hubby wasn't home to see me drooling

He looks as though he has shut himself off from the world with his headphones and engrossed in a book.
