Is the bodyguard doing that because there isn't supposed to be any private videotaping?

could someone please make some screencaps with me in them, I'm going to get some frames tomorrow for my DC autographs tomorrow and would love to get some photos of me there, and I don't know how to do it. Thanks alot!!! Dan is truly a nice person, all the press that he's miserable is sooooooooooo wrong, he came up to me and asked me how I was standing in the cold, a truly great bloke. We're all backed the right horse here.

I read somewhere that as a private person you aren't allowed to bring bigger cameras and objectives to a concert because that's the equipment of professional journalists. Maybe here it's the same that only accredited journalsists are allowed to make videos with such a 'big' camera like the bodyguard is shining into. Just guessing. Otherwise the bodyguard has to shine into every camera lens because you can make videos with a mobile, too.
