He certainly is very relaxed, his eyes are twinkling and laughing and he has what I call his "apple cheeks" grin - it's real and not just for the camera.
I wonder if he is "sitting on his hands" (as the saying goes) to stop them fidgeting because he's excited? Maybe he is just on a "high" with the occasion and this is a kind of version of "hands in pockets". I often think he puts his hands in his pocket to keep them still in front of the cameras because - as we know - as soon as he takes them out of his pockets.....they start going all over the place!!!
