Mendes obviously not directing Bond 24

Other projects announced include the National return of Skyfall director Sam Mendes, who began his career in theatre before moving into film.

The Oscar-winning director will direct a production of Shakespeare's King Lear, starring Simon Russell Beale, that will open next January.

 ..and we here won't. Even if MM comes out in December in the States.
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

I can't get Cumberbatch, I've only seen him in Tinker Tailer....good actor, but lookwise, naaa, not for me.

You have seen Hiddlestone in Thor, quite a lot GG.
But I guess since oyu don't remember he doesn't do it for you
will never get Cumberbatch

I love Tom H but more in 'The deep blue sea' with Rachel than as Loki

btw Tom likes Skyfall :D
bonus point from me

Really I thought he was the weakest link in "The Deep Blue Sea". My problem was that he was not consistent and subtle enough in his performance once he was good and in another scene he overacted. Simon Russel Beale at his counterpart was much better. But Hiddleston's Loki was good.

Agreed. I like his Loki and his voice is divine. But he was overacting in most of the scenes in TDBS. Unnecessary shouting when he was angry.
I am sure that's how the director wanted it though. His last scene where they say goodbye was good.

Daniel Craig-narrated nature documentary 'One Life' gets US release

http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/movies/news ... lease.html

Ladies, if you are able to watch this on the big screen, go for it!
It's wonderful and his voice will make you swoon.......

Unfortunately in German only the dubbed version was release in cinemas, so I could only revel in the BluRay version.

I always had a soft spot and a great amount of love for Bruce Willis

And Daniel Craig is a pretty tough guy. He reinvented that whole genre. He made me start watching James Bond movies again. He's great."

Video in the link.

http://www.entertainmentwise.com/news/1 ... niel-Craig

Does some time cockney hardman Danny Dyer harbour a secret desire to be a Bond girl? We think so, because when we spoke to him at the Evening Standard Awards last night (February 4) he expressed a desire to give 007 star Daniel Craig a big old snog.

Things started off fairly normal, as the star said that he loved everything about the movie, which won Film of the Year at the event, but then as Dan the man described the movie as "sexy", things began to get a little strange.

He went on to say that Daniel Craig was "so sexy", before describing him as "tongueable", and saying that he, "held his hands up" but he was a "tongueable man".
He said: "Sometimes you come across actors..." then almost lost his train of thought before adding, "and they just blow you away".

He then described how you "perv" over them a little bit before praising the actor's work as Bond and describing him again as just, "tongueable".

Well Danny, we're sure if you ask Sam Mendes very nicely there might be a spot as the next Bond girl for you in the follow-up to 'Skyfall'.

Dan then proceeded to get a little hot under the collar as he reminisced wistfully, much like a aging Casanova might pine for the lovers of his youth, about working with the star 10 years ago on 'The Trench'.
