Daniel interview on GQ UK in December 2007

Just a note to say that you are all very welcome. I get so much pleasure from all the photos, comments etc that appear on this site. You all have such a good sense of humour........and aren't those photos GORGEOUS. I swear that man gets better with age. Bring on his 40th birthday and NO plastic surgery... I LOVE that craggy beautiful face. Stay safe all. XX
I will be keeping my eye on our Government's money....and off your perfectly formed arse - You noticed!!
Still trembling a bit after reading it... Loved the way he was seemed so relaxed and happy! The pics were great - I did think the ciffhanger was a bit dangerous, but then I understood where the rope pics had come from
I am more and more convinced that making movies is a bit like being on an archaeological dig. Especially, if you go on location somewhere far away... Basically, you get to spend 24 hours a day with the same people, there's always more to do than what there is time for and usually less money than what really would be needed. The kind of situation on the verge of chaos. In the end you might learn to like some of the people or hate some. And the feelings of like/dislike can be really strong because of the seclusion and abnormality of the situation - I totally see how people fall in love on set, it happens often on digs as well! Afterwards, you know everyone more or less, but don't necessarily hang out with everyone you've met. Some of the people remain in your circle of real friends and some are just colleagues you see every now and then.
Cool, great, wonderful, can't wait to get the actual mag in my sweaty little hands...

Thanks SO much for the link jovichick! I learned a lot! My favorite is the part where the interviewer says "over the course of the interview there are chuckles, giggles, snorts, grins, the occasional hoot and quite possibly even a stray guffaw." How I WISH I could have a sample of those giggles on my ipod.
How funny Satsuki doesn't like him playing video/computer games! Wonder why. DC plays Halo 3 and Vice City (after an hour of playing he "feels dirty"). Hmm . . .*deep in thought*head tilted to one side*. I say play as many video games as you can, Satsuki might remember to be grateful to be able to just watch him play games.
He reads/is reading Kierkegaard. Does this man ever read something "light?" What a smart-t-pants.
Questions: What else is he wearing on his wrist besides the Omega?
Also, do you think the harness he is wearing in the "off the cliff" photo will be auctioned on ebay soon? lol.
I like the humble and harding working center he seems to carry as character. I like the NOT chasing the 15 homes. I like the NOT chasing the "posh" life (pun intended). He is very hard working and extremely driven--he is who he is--how nice!
Anyway, thanks again for the link!

Dear Dunda,
YES, yes and yes! The laws of attraction are in fine form whenever Daniel is involved!
I WISH my voodoo was more powerful--I'd voodoo Daniel over and watch him play video games! lol I'd also voodoo his movies to come out more quickly--I can hardly wait for the next one!
I am happy that yesterday I posted/whined about little or no new DC information and today---WALA--voodoo---laws of attraction (secret)--yipee! Whatever it was I am happy!

I'm also really glad to have a new interview and pictures from Daniel. I'm SOOOOOOO looking forward to the publicity for GC! I hope he has time to be out there a little bit at least! I have really missed having any new info or pics.
I thought it was a great interview and also liked many of the parts all ready mentioned. I was also struck when he talked about Satsuki being off for the week-end and how he was sad and ended up playing video games. It shows that they really DO spend time apart! Like others, I liked the part about looking for only one good house and splashing money everywhere just because you can!
Thanks jovichick for doing this. I haven't been to a store with a large collection of magazines for sale, so this will tide me over until I can get the actual thing!

Jovichick, so long time to wait for new pics and then bang... you scan the mag .. thanks so much for this.. I read this interview as someone walked into the desert for many months.. fresh news and wonderful pics
I like the tone of his answers and seems so cool actually... I read one interview in a french magazine but no new pics sigh (trying to translate some parts and post afterwards).

You only live twice or so it seems..
One life for yourself and one for your dreams...And one day I realize that I was addicted to Daniel Craig's blue eyes.

I didn't read the interview, so tnx (:
Thank you so much Jovichick and Dunda! I was late for this and also had problems opening the first file. I went to South Beach this weekend and had hope to pick up some magazines in the airport but ended up running late for my flights and didn't have time to get any magazines. I got a feeling that he has become very careful about what he says. Not that he was not before, but he just seems to be even more cautious now. It's good to know that he is trying to be true to himself after the success of Bond. And about the money, we all know that he wears the same clothes again and again so that already shows how careful he is with his money.Dunda wrote:Mel-DC wrote:HELP!!! - ON SEND SPACE IT SAYS ITS NO LONGER AVALIABLE CAN SOMEONE PLS SEND IT AGAIN OR SOMETHING?
