I like the beard in the vid and the pics with the light brown suit. With the blue one not so much.
To me he didn't look tired in the video with the light brown suit and then I'm not bothered by the beard at all.
In the blue suit he looks tired and I blame the beard

Daniel touched his face and said "Yes, I'm growing a beard," and then something about growing old or it makes him look older....

My logic is a bit weird...I know

What I want to say is....

The Beard is a fact.
Combined with a rested and well dressed man I like it.
Combined with a slightly worn out and tired man I don't like it.
And then I blame it to make him look old
