Yeah, I'll definitely go if it's confirmed. If it's only rumoured I don't want to drop a bunch of money on a London trip and hotel only to find out it isn't on. I'm going to London again the month after so I'd rather have it all confirmed first.

Yeah. It's a chance we might have to take I suppose. He's not going to any of the other premieres so far is he?

Pam, which train back are you getting? I think the latest train I can get back to 'pool is like 910pm if I chose to go on the day. Would that be too early or plenty of time? Never been to a prem. before so no idea how this would work.

Also what time is best to get to Leicester Square??

Hi cheeky

Premieres are usually over by about 7 - 7.30pm at the latest so you should easily make your last train at 9.10pm. I am getting the 9pm train from Kings cross back to Darlington and I will be there by about 8.30am on the morning of the premiere.
Security told me at the last premiere I was at that all events would now require a wristband for entry to the pens. Different premieres give out the wristbands at different times. I have been to one at gave them out at 9am (Bond) and another one that was 12noon.

KH - did you need one for the My cousin Rachel premiere?

Hope this helps :D

Yeah it does a bit. I've still not bought my tickets. Kinda uhming and arring about it BUT I kind of want to go on the Sunday to see if I can catch something on the West End... I'll kinda feel like a trip to London alone will be healthy for me given what has happened lately.

Still thinking about it but don't want to think too long.

Hi Pam. No wristbands for Rachel. We started a book with numbers on hands. It wasn't well organised at all due to lack of space. I got there late and was pushed to the front by security. Got lucky!

I'll be there from 6am. I'm in London so will get the first train out. I'll try to start a line and I'll need a loo break by the time you and Cheeky arrive! Hopefully the weather will be kind but be prepared as you know!

Just my luck Daniel won't show. But I hope he does as I think he's the show stopper! And it will be possibly less busy than Bond. I know all premiers are madness though.

I am..... in-car-cer-rated! :)

You guys got Pam. She is the lucky one. With her, nothing can go wrong :D
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..
