What a silly headline....

Daniel Craig gets mobbed by fans as he arrives at chaotic Spectre premiere in Rome

http://www.express.co.uk/celebrity-news ... 1446026361

or maybe it's just lost ins translation...."getting mobbed" sounds horrible in German, because mobbing inclines bad and hateful behaviour.

The verb 'to mob' doesn't always have negative connotations in English. My online dictionary defines it as: to come together around someone in a crowd to express admiration, interest, or anger.

I think the crowd in Rome were expressing interest and admiration.

He has been looking really good in all the photos from the premieres, and more handsome than he looked when Skyfall was released in 2012.

I agree, it shows rather interest, when so many show up.
BTW, for once, this is a great fitting suit. Even keeps up with the hands in pocket thing.

That's what I thought. It' s one of that cases that leads to misunderstandings. The word "mobbing"made into the German language but with the wrong meaning. It is used like the term "bullying".
