but i think they are thick too, they have not clue sometimes. is why they make mistakes.

Mariek Daniluk, 41, was arrested outside the Comedy Theatre in London’s West End where the 24-year-old is appearing in The Misanthrope.

Police waited at the stage door after Keira called them.

it makes you wonder how lucky all the girls were to get to meet him at play. daniel not complain once.

The privacy laws regarding the press in the UK are draconian where celebrities are concerned providing the celebrity invokes them prior to any leak. In that way the press cannot wriggle out of it by saying it didn't anticipate the complainent's reaction. (It's a whole different matter for people like Jordan who deliberately court the press for money

Here is a recent report concerning John Terry (the footballer), and how unusual it was for the courts not to issue an injunction, which mentions the European Convention on Human Rights. The UK was taken to task after the death of Princess Diana and was made to tighten up the laws in line with Europe. Where celebrities are concerned the laws have become very tight indeed, providing the celeb uses good lawyers and uses the law in the right way.

The English courts have given the privacy of celebrities increasing protection in recent years. Courts have said that the protection of the right to a private and family life give by the European Convention on Human Rights enables them to stop the publication of details of their private life.

We have no way of knowing whether Daniel has hired specialist lawyers to gag the press regarding his wedding, citing the European Convention on Human Rights Article 8 which covers "private and family life, home and correspondence". It is a possibility given his previous experience with the press, especially when they outed his new London home and he successfully took them to court, that he has sought a gag to cover everything except his acting roles and career.

In such a case the court documents will not be available to the public and so the only people to know would be Daniel and his people and those publications which have been served with an injunction to respect his privacy. Unlike John Terry who was trying to keep his indiscretions from the public eye, such a request from Daniel would probably be sympathetically heard - a simple request for privacy regarding his intimate family business.

A High Court judge lifted a court order Friday that had prevented the media from reporting allegations about Terry's private life — a so-called "super injunction" which barred publication that any order even existed.

Tt's really nice that DC is never the STAR and mingles and gets on with the people he works with. Must be nice to have him as a friend, he doesn't pretend and then forgets you once he's walked off set.
