I'm going to record it, but I only have a VCR to record it to. I wanted to hook up a DVD recorder to my DVR, but I received a defective recorder, so I had to ship it back. I'm waiting for a replacement to be shipped to me.Anglophile wrote:Thanks for keeping your eyes peeled Sharmaine, we're counting on you! And if I got Wendy right, she's going to record it too, aren't you Wendy?
It looks like Daniel's episode already aired on the Canadian Bio Channel: http://www.thebiographychannel.ca/tv/highlightssharmaine wrote:HELP! I just checked the Canadian Biography Channel site and he is not listed in the schedule at all!!!!!

The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..
I AM MORTIFIED!!!!!
I can't believe it - it aired here in Canada and no one knew about it. I'm supposing that being one of the few Canadians here, I should check the Bio Channel for future re-appearances....(sigh)
I am very disappointed and sad that I cannot help you guys out to tape it....besides, I wanted to watch it so badly....I thought it wouldn't be a problem. I didn't know that there were different Biography Channels in the US and Canada airing different things!
This is one prime example of Canada and the US being at complete odds, even though we are attached at our borders.....sucks big time!
Sorry, everyone....hopefully someon else will be able to tape it.

They always repeat those things on that channel . At least you get the channel . My basic cable company stopped carrying it , and the A&E network only plays the older bio's on their channel so it will probably be a long time before I see it . I'm surprised they don't offer them for sale . Oh well , you win some , you lose some ...

Did anyone else watch Daniel's Biography episode yesterday? It was interesting, but not as good as I had hoped. Some of the information was incorrect--such as claiming that Daniel was born in November 1968 and The Invasion was released in 2006. I saw some photos and footage (especially from Daniel in the 1980s) that I hadn't seen before. The episode showed the same red-carpet clips (from Road to Perdition, Casino Royale, the Oscars, etc.) over and over again, which was odd. Biography interviewed one of Daniel's drama teachers and several magazine and film critics, but, unfortunately, none of Daniel's friends or family. The interviews with Daniel were taken mostly from Parkinson and Jonathan Ross' various shows, which I had seen before.
Anyway, I've gotten a new DVD recorder and was able to transfer the Biography episode from my DVR to DVD. However, I haven't a clue about how to upload it to the Web.

Well, I'm trying to see if I can get this to work. I made a folder on my computer, transferred the DVD folders to it (the only two folders are "VIDEO_RM" and "VIDEO_TS," I didn't see any audio-TS folder) and downloaded Total Video Converter. However, I don't know what to do next, because I don't see any instructions on how to use Total Video Converter. If anyone can give me step-by-step guidance, I would appreciate it. (Feel free to email me at starrbrt@aol.com, so that we don't have to take up more space at the forum with this technical stuff. )Daniel_Craig wrote:You got it on a DVD? Good. Then make a folder on the harddrive of your computer and copy the DVD-folders (audio-TS % video-TS) in this folder.DanFan2 wrote:
