Talking about celebrities who date non-celebrities - Daniel is one of them.

aw, that is sweet. I think it's so awesome that Daniel isn't dating some Hollywood starlet. It makes me respect him more somehow...

I'm always terrified he'll break up with Sats and start dating Jennifer Aniston or Tori Spelling or something awful like that.

OMG - Tori Spelling? I´d say, he would rather turn gay  and I would hope that too  But you are right - having to see him with another woman would be just soo weird and just not right somehow. She has prooved, she does him good and with another - who knows? So - stay clear of other gals, Danny

Swedish couple fight to name son 'Q'

AFP/File – A mother puts booties on an infant. A couple in Sweden has appealed to the country's supreme court …
Fri May 8, 12:09 pm ET
STOCKHOLM (AFP) – A couple in Sweden has appealed to the country's supreme court in their fight to name their baby boy "Q", legal papers showed Friday.
Judges ruled in the couple's first appeal in January that Q was not an "appropriate" name for a child, arguing that Swedish law forbade names consisting of just one letter.
In their written appeal to Sweden's Supreme Court, the parents Rickard Rehnberg and Thitathorn Sukjit called on judges to reverse the previous ruling.
"There is now a child who answers to the name of Q. What does Sweden gain by forcing him to take on a new name?" they said.
In an earlier judgement in September 2008, Rehnberg and Sukjit told the court they had named the boy Q after the eccentric inventor from the James Bond films, a claim they have not since repeated.
The Swedish Supreme Court was expected to give its verdict within the coming months.

 Are there any Bond film names you would give your child?

I could imagine this names, too. But I also like Dominic or, although everybody will say I'm crazy, Vesper. Don't know, but this name gives something to me that is really special. I can't explain my feelings and so probably nobody will understand that :D.

I like the name Vesper, but I doubt that my other half of the time would agree with me.

I know what you mean. I think the name is very beautiful and reflects elegance and feminity. I know it's difficult to name your own child Vesper, but for me it's not impossible. I guess I love the name so much, because I can identify with her in some way.

KinoKino is a magazin which shows short clips of upcoming movies.
In this episode on 22th April it showed a short report about Defiance:

I don't know why this shows up on imdb under movies, if at all then under.

Daniel Craig discusses his script selection process

Actor News - 10-05-09

Daniel Craig gets offered "c**p" movies - reports STV.

The actor insists that although portraying iconic British spy James Bond in 'Quantum of Solace' and 'Casino Royale' has brought him more offers of work, they are not always as good a standard as he would hope.

He explained: "I do get more offers. Or at least I get to see more scripts. But they're just as c**p as they were before. There are only so many good scripts out there, genuinely.

"Somebody doesn't suddenly give you a golden key that opens this door and all these scripts are sitting there, that nobody else has seen. You might get a better look in, but there's still the work to do. I wish there was a golden key to some cupboard with 10 good scripts in it."

The 'Defiance' star insists he has no plans to follow in the footsteps of many of his contemporaries in setting up a production company - because he doesn't want to have an office.

He added: "If I was going to produce a film, then I'd form one. But it sounds like I'd need an office. I didn't get into acting to have an office."

I read this article, too a few days ago and had to laugh about his talking wise. It's just so sweet :D. Nevertheless I think it's right and great how he chooses his roles. He's very lucky that he has the possibility to choose his roles. I think this is another sign for his quality as actor and human.

Saw the new Star Trek movie. Go see it. It doesn't matter if you are or are not a trekkie. It was amazing. I went to see it with Viv and my mother and we all left the theater bouncing around and shrieking in fangirly glee. And not over the guys in the movie (we don't notice or care about things like that. Unless it's Daniel Craig, I've got a bit of a thing for him). It was how well all the characters FIT. It was like the old show, but BETTER. So yeah. Get on that.
