This is, what everyboidy is saying, after or while working with him. Its the side, he shows his collegues and friends. Now, the press side or even the fanside is different. He just doesn't feel comfy and hence, isn't entirely himself or his best self.

I do love it when people talk about him in such a positive way... I always knew he was a beautiful person. I agree that it's only revealed in the occasional brief moment in public but, even then, he cannot completely hide what shines through...
