I think they are called pinwheels if I remember correctly from my childhood .

Pinwheels... but maybe they're called differently in the U.K. Thanks for the explanation Laredo. I even had photos taken with me with the pinwheels!!! My friends teased me and they knew about my obsession with Daniel and I told them about Some Voices and they were interested and now wants to see the film.

Kittin ~wiskerz me too. I just want to hold him close and pat his head. When I seen this scene in the movie I almost cried. He is such a good acter.

I watched this last night and thought about this thread. Such an amazing actor! How does he look so different in each of his films? His face was so much more "krinkly" in this movie than others.

Yes it is, but you should watch it again anyway! One can never watch this movie enough!
