Alright! I finally got mine from Calender Club -- after having Amazon cancel the order a couple times. You guys weren't kidding about the tiny little date boxes on this thing. Guess it's more for slobbering over than for using as a planner anyway. 
I can't believe there were no companies in the US to get one from. Hopefully with the success of CR there will be a Bond calender in the future.

Amazon UK are taking pre-orders from the DC calender 2008
