Thats right. Oscar belonged to a homeless man who made some money by selling The Big Issue mag. His dog Oscar had his photo taken with various celebs.

He doesnt look very old there, he's got the dog by the scruff of the neck, funny, he's about to smile. Looked again, maybe just holding his ear.
