Saw this too - interested to see who picks up Heath's Oscar. That's a sad one.

I have read his little daughter is doing it - although not sure, if true - she is much too little for such a thing, but maybe they want her to remember a proud moments of her dad.
The top notch acting in the Weisz/Craig/Spall 'Betrayal' is emotionally true, often v funny and its beautifully staged with filmic qualities..

Michelle Williams is in town, so you have to wonder.

If Heath's daughter is the one to pick up the Oscar, I think she won't do it alone, since she's so little.

No they won't be there. His father will recive the award, but she will be the owner. I read somewhere.

I read that they're not absolutely sure yet how to deal with the situation as normally, a posthumous Oscar goes to either the wife/husband or child of the winner, but as Heath wasn't married and his daughter is too young, the Oscar will eventually be held in custody until his daughter is 18 - and old enough to sign the required contract not to sell it etc.
