He is a great actor. His Hamlet got exceptionally good reviews if I remember correctly. He played in new version of Brideshead Revisited, I liked the old one with Jeremy Irons and was reluctant about remake, but he was just great.

I always loved Q's attachment to his gadgets - knowing, that Bond will bring them back in pieces. I hope for such a scene - maybe Ben shedding a tear or two over his broken toys...

yes, he was Sydney in LC. he was in 1 scene of Enduring Love and I think he was in the Trench as well. He is really young. This all being a new age of Bond it's perfect to have a Q nerd.
I can't wait to see him and Bond encounter and Bond being testy with his nerdy ways.
